The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has not only created jobs and built infrastructure, but has also facilitated trade and human capital investment, said Grzegorz Kołodko, a professor at Kozminski University and former Polish deputy prime minister and minister of finance. He added that China is a leader, being able to combine state interventionism while unleashing free market forces.
