The third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) was held in Beijing from October 17 to 18 under the theme "High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity." Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the BRF and held a welcome banquet and bilateral activities for attendees.
