Michael Schumann: If you look at the recent report published by the Global Development Policy Center of Boston University, mind you, not Beijing University, the figures speak for themselves. Belt and Road has been a blessing to the world. It has been a huge success. It mobilized additional funds overseas, developing finance. It complemented existing programs. Whereas the World Bank was always focused on public administration and lending for education, Belt and Road complemented it with a focus on infrastructure.
