Delegations from 90 countries and international organizations are expected to attend the Beijing Xiangshan Forum, which begins on Sunday. The annual gathering will cover global security topics. Cynthia Xanthi Carras, a senior official with the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense, has registered to attend. Organizers say the meeting will encourage the voices of developing countries.
