Rental demand in business parks recovering in Shanghai

Rental demand in Shanghai's business parks is seeing a gradual recovery. New parks have opened in town for tenants to move into.
Data from real estate consulting firm JLL China shows that net absorption in the city's business parks turned positive in the third quarter, a clear sign that the city's rental demand is gradually picking up.
