The 2023 Seminar for Agricultural and Rural Development Officials from Developing Countries, which gathers representatives from developing countries, is currently underway. Representatives expressed their intentions and enthusiasm to apply the knowledge and insights gained from the seminar to promote agricultural development in their respective regions. They also noted the significant improvements brought about by the Belt and Road Initiative to their hometowns.
