A cormorant became stuck in the Fenhe River in Taiyuan, capital of northern China's Shanxi Province. A local resident made the discovery and reported it to the Fenhe River Scenic Spot management office. A staff member and the resident rowed out to rescue the bird and found it was caught in fishing nets.
