The Israeli army used infantry and armored forces to re-enter the Gaza Strip and launched a raid against Hamas for several hours, Israel's Army Radio reported early on Friday.

Local media reported that at least 15 people were killed after Israeli airstrikes hit a densely populated refugee camp in Gaza's southern city of Khan Younis on Thursday.
