It's been five years since Faris Rebronja came to live and do business in Pingyao Ancient City, in northern China's Shanxi Province. Pingyao Ancient City was once a financial center in China and known for Jinshang, or Shanxi merchants. Rebronja has been doing cross-border trade with a Chinese partner who belongs to Pingyao. They export Chinese products.
