Dr Guy Shalev is the executive director of the medical humanitarian organization Physicians for Human Rights Israel. Our reporter Zhou Jiaxin caught up with Dr Shalev in Tel Aviv to talk about the health crisis on the ground, as well as his medical experiences before the ongoing war.
