Ismail Haniyeh, chairman of Hamas's political bureau, said on Wednesday that the group is currently fighting Israel on all fronts in Gaza and called on the West to withdraw its support of Israel.
Speaking in a recorded video message, Haniyeh said Israeli hostages were subject to the same "death and destruction" that Palestinians have faced amid intense Israeli bombardment.
He added that Hamas is ready for political negotiation after the fighting stops and the corridor opens to allow in aid.
