Murals unearthed in Shaanxi Province are the focus of an exhibition at the Shaanxi Archaeology Museum in the provincial capital, Xi'an. The 20 groups of exhibits highlight the ancient wonders of the province's heritage, evident in the show's murals, many of which were found in tombs. Organized into five chronological units, the free exhibition brings the vivid brushstrokes of painters of the past to today's viewers.
