Fourteen out of 36 hospitals and two specialty centers in Gaza are non-functional due to lack of fuel as well as damage and insecurity, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Thursday.
"WHO calls for urgent, sustained access at scale for humanitarian aid. We continue to call for the active protection of civilians and health care and for a humanitarian ceasefire," Tedros said on social media platform X.
