United Nations experts are calling for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, saying time is running out for Palestinian people there who are at "grave risk of genocide." Aid to Gaza has been choked off since Israel began bombarding the densely populated enclave. The World Health Organization says the health needs in Gaza are soaring, while its ability to address them is plunging.
