China is willing to provide emergency humanitarian assistance in accordance with the needs of the Nepalese government and quake victims, said Xu Wei, spokesperson for the China International Development Cooperation Agency on Saturday.

China expresses its sympathies and concerns over the casualties and property losses in west Nepal caused by the earthquake, Xu said.
