The border authority in Gaza said the Rafah crossing between Egypt and Gaza reopened on Monday to evacuate foreigners and dual nationals on the Egyptian-Israeli exit list.

The authority said those not listed will not be able to cross the border, per the notification from the Egyptian authorities.

The terminal opened for three days last week – on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – to allow dozens of wounded Palestinians and hundreds of foreign passport holders to cross before closing on Saturday and Sunday amid a dispute over the passage of ambulances.
