The Palestine-Israel conflict continues after over a month of fighting, with over 11,000 deaths in total, more than one-third of whom were children. Heavy bombardment has been ongoing through the night across Gaza as the death toll continues to climb.
The Hamas-run Gaza Strip health ministry claimed that the Israeli military struck a refugee camp on Saturday night, killing at least 38 people, while calls by the Arab world for a ceasefire were rejected by the United States and Israel. Four resolutions calling for either a ceasefire or humanitarian pause have already been vetoed by the UN Security Council, with more than 10 days passing since the last two resolutions failed to pass on October 25.
