Russia tests nuclear-capable ICBM from new submarine

The Russian Defense Ministry released a video on Sunday which it says shows a nuclear-capable intercontinental ballistic missile test launched from the country's newest submarine. According to the ministry, the ballistic missile took off under the surface of the White Sea on the European side of the Arctic coast and hit its target in eastern Kamchatcka.
