Chinese Premier Li Qiang has welcomed Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese who is on an official visit. Li said Albanese's meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping provided strategic guidance for the development of relations. The two leaders issued a joint statement on the resumption of their annual dialogue, and agreed to continue and expand talks in various areas.
