China, U.S. conclude climate change talks in California

Climate change talks between China and the U.S., led by China's special envoy for climate change Xie Zhenhua and U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry, concluded on Wednesday in California.
According to a statement from the Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment on Thursday, the talks reached positive results.
