Wang Wen, executive dean of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China, told Turkish media in an interview that Ukraine needs to rethink its strategy of relying entirely on Western military aid. The West is unreliable, he says, and adds that no country has survived entirely on the West for more than half a century.
