The Palestinian Health Ministry said on Saturday that 39 babies at Al-Shifa Hospital are at risk of dying due to electricity cutoff.
Palestinian Health Minister Mai al-Kaila was formerly quoted by local media as saying the 39 babies had died. In a later statement, the Health Ministry said the babies are "at risk of death."
