Angolan President Joao Lourenco presided over the inauguration of the new Dr. Antonio Agostinho Neto International Airport during an opening ceremony on November 10. Located outside the capital, the international airport was named in honor of the nation's first president. President Lourenco thanked everyone involved in the project, notably acknowledging the Chinese contractor, China National Aero-technology International Engineering Corporation.
