China Meteorological Administration (CMA) has released the first images from the Fengyun-3F Satellite. This came as CMA also officially released the "Fengyun Earth" international version on Monday, marking the launch of the upgraded satellite remote sensing application platform to provide services world-wide. CMA says the international version offers products including satellite cloud images, meteorological elements, disaster event data, climate monitoring, model validation and more.
The release of the "Fengyun Earth" international version came during the Fengyun Meteorological Satellite International Users Conference that started on Monday in the south-eastern city of Xiamen. The data from Fengyun-3G satellite was also made globally available.
