"Interconnected" is one of the key priorities of the APEC Leaders' Meeting 2023. China has been advancing regional connectivity in Asia-Pacific, in areas such as infrastructure, trade and investment, and digital technology, through initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the APEC Connectivity Blueprint 2025.
