Erik Solheim, former Under-Secretary-General of the UN & Executive Director of the UNEP, and former Norwegian Minister of the Environment and International Development, made a speech at the Inter-Civilizational Communication and Global Development Forum, mentioning the inter-civilizational communication between China and the United States of America. He pointed out that the more the world works together, the easier it is to solve all the problems in the 21st century.
