Landscape displays composed of various kinds of waste have been placed at a square in east China's Qingdao to enhance public awareness and measures to promote garbage sorting. China plans to implement a comprehensive garbage sorting program in every city by the end of 2025, according to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development.
