The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit is taking place in San Francisco from November 14 to 16. The summit provides business leaders in the Asia-Pacific region with an opportunity to engage in discussions with APEC economic leaders and policy makers on regional issues. This year's conference theme is "Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All," focusing on the keywords of interconnectedness, innovation and inclusivity.

Victoria Chonn Ching, a postdoctoral researcher and teaching fellow at USC University, is an expert in economic policy making and Chinese and Latin American foreign policy. In this video, she discusses the topics APEC should focus on this year and how the Asia-Pacific region should strengthen cooperation. She emphasizes key areas such as green growth, trade, and enhancing women's voices. In the context of growing protectionism, she advocates for Asian-Pacific countries to cooperate in strengthening the supply chain for a sustainable future.
