The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit is taking place in San Francisco from November 14 to 16. This year's conference theme is "Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All." The keywords of the conference are interconnected, innovative and inclusive.

In this video, Pil Hwa Yoo, a marketing professor at the SKK Graduate School of Business, Sungkyunkwan University, talks about topics the summit should focus on this year and how the Asia-Pacific region should further strengthen cooperation. He says this year's APEC should focus on topics like economic recovery, climate change, high inflation and aging population. He added that this year's conference theme means that global issues cannot be solved by one country alone because every issue is interconnected and interrelated. All countries should cooperate with each other to solve the global problems; that's what being interconnected is all about, he said.
