The State Council Information Office of China has released a white paper titled "The Belt and Road Initiative: A Key Pillar of the Global Community of Shared Future." The document aims to provide a better understanding of the value of the BRI and what it has delivered over the past 10 years. So how can we evaluate this initiative started by China? What does the BRI mean for the many partner countries who have joined? And can the BRI maintain stability even in today’s slow economic growth?
