Born in Kenya, East Africa, and raised in Canada, Nikk Mitchell came to China when he was 18. Having lived in the country for 15 years, he is currently a visiting professor at the Beijing Film Academy and the CEO of a video technology company. His love of the Chinese culture has led to him developing a unique way by which audiences around the world can appreciate the Peking Opera – through the use of advanced VR technology.
