The 30th informal leaders' meeting of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) is being held in San Francisco this week. In the first half of 2023, the Asia Pacific region's economy grew by 3.3%, but still faced challenges such as climate change, debt, supply chain, and geopolitical issues.
