Dylan Rothenberg is a U.S. citizen pursuing PhD in Tea Science in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province. Rothenberg studies soil microbes at organic tea plantations and, in his spare time, makes videos on Chinese tea culture and tea science.

In this video, Rothenberg talks about how tea connects him to the Chinese culture. In the process of studying tea, Rothenberg also studied the history of Chinese tea. He believes that tea has not only brought him more Chinese friends, but also allowed him to understand China's long history and rich culture.
