On November 16, China Media Group (CMG), the U.S.-China Youth and Student Exchange Association, and several other organizations held the "China-U.S. Friendly Dialogue on People-to-people Exchanges" in San Francisco. The choir from Lincoln High School in Tacoma, Washington, prepared paintings for Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan and sent birthday wishes to Peng with birthday cards and songs. The director of CMG received the gifts on their behalf.
