The Leonid meteor shower is active from November 6th to November 30th, reaching its peak rate of meteors around November 18th.
During this time frame, there are opportunities to witness the Leonid meteors whenever the shower's radiant point, located in the constellation Leo, is above the horizon. The number of visible meteors is expected to progressively increase as the radiant point ascends higher in the sky.
