A group of sports facilities built for the ongoing 2023 Pacific Games under the help of China has won applause from residents of the event's host country Solomon Islands. The project, which started in May 2021 and was officially wrapped up August 2023, is part of the fruitful results from the two countries' friendly relations and could help improve public health in the island nation, said locals.
