Julia Torreblanca, the APEC Business Advisory Council chair for 2024, says the world is big enough for everybody to work together. She adds we need to keep our commitments so as to grasp the opportunities the world offers us today. Countries are faced with different levels of challenges and chances. She points out the need for more cooperation on green infrastructure.
