In mid-November, a sea of clouds has formed a couple of times along the Sayram Lake in Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. And a wind farm nearby has been operating with many wind turbines rotating in the clouds. The wind farm provides green electricity to the Sayram Lake Scenic Spot.
