A four-day humanitarian pause has been agreed upon, but its start time is yet to be announced in the latest round of the Palestine-Israel conflict. The Israeli cabinet on Wednesday approved a deal in which Hamas will release 50 women and children held as hostages in Gaza in exchange for a four-day pause in fighting, the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said. The deal will allow hundreds of humanitarian, medical and fuel-aid trucks to enter all parts of the Gaza Strip, the statement added. Join CGTN for the latest.
