For Tibetan parents living on the plateau, picture books are unfamiliar. To provide Tibetan preschool children with access to quality picture books, Tashi Tsering has introduced the best ones to Xizang and translated them into Tibetan. Thanks to his efforts, children in Lhasa now have access to some of the world's best picture books. However, he doesn't stop there; he aims to bring these books to children living in even more remote Tibetan areas.
