Chinese Premier Li Qiang held talks with French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna in Beijing on Friday. Premier Li said bilateral relations have developed steadily this year, injecting certainty and positive energy into the world. China is ready to work with France to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state.
