The city of Dayton was once a manufacturing center in the U.S. state of Ohio. However, it suffered a loss of industries, with companies closing and facilities being abandoned. A recollection of his late brother makes Stephen Orlins, who is chairman of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, emotional. He says Chinese investment that has helped Dayton be reborn.
