Themed "Trade Expansion, Interconnectivity, Mutual Prosperity," this year's Silk Road International Exposition is being held in Xi'an City, in northwest China's Shaanxi Province. Hou Ningbin, curator of the Shaanxi History Museum, talked with CGTN about how the province is creating a better environment for cultural relic intellectual property (IP), such as Tang Niu, the classic image of a lady in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Hou also mentioned the promotion of communications with more cultures along the Silk Road. "We've developed this IP based on the treasures. It's actually not just for China, it's probably going to be widespread around the world," Hou said.
