Foreign Minister Park Jin of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and Japanese Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa, during a bilateral meeting in Busan on Sunday, agreed to continue efforts to promote relations between their countries in "a constructive and future-oriented" manner, amid a thaw in ties with the resumption of "shuttle diplomacy" between ROK President Yoon Suk-yeol and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Yonhap News Agency reported.
The two leaders also agreed to deepen cooperation in advanced technologies and other areas, the report added.
