04:18

In 2015, the agreement between China and the U.S. led to the Paris Climate Accord. This year, the restarted dialogue and cooperation between China and U.S. is good news for COP28. Before leaving for Dubai to attend COP28, Helen Clarkson, CEO of The Climate Group, said in an interview with CGTN that this year's COP will negotiate tripling renewable energy and doubling energy efficiency by 2030.
