Chinese President Xi Jinping has called for integrated prevention and control of air, water and soil pollution and reduction of carbon emissions in key sectors. Wu Changhua, acting chair of the Governing Council of Asia Pacific Water Forum, says that decarbonization is the leading strategy in China and will accelerate transformation at the national level.
