An attack left one person dead and two others injured on Saturday evening in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin has announced. According to French media reports, a couple was attacked at around 9:45 p.m. local time near the Eiffel Tower. The man is dead and the woman was treated as a relative emergency. The assailant has been arrested, Darmanin said.
