Zheng Bijian: China won't pursue the evil path of 'might makes right'

The 2023 Understanding China Conference (Guangzhou) was held in China's Guangdong Province on December 2, 2023. Zheng Bijian, founding chairman of the China Institute of Innovation and Development Strategy (CIIDS), emphasized in his speech at the conference that "China will not follow the old path of colonization and plunder, nor will it pursue the evil path of 'might makes right.' China also does not engage in ideological export. Instead, it aims to creatively forge a new path of peaceful rise."
