Indonesian rescuers have found the bodies of 11 climbers following the eruption of the Marapi volcano in West Sumatra, a spokesperson said on Monday, adding three climbers were found alive.
The rescue official said 12 climbers were still missing.
Another volcano in Indonesia, Mount Anak Krakatoa, erupted several times on Monday, with the height of the ash column observed to be up to 2,000 meters above the peak, according to the Volcanological Survey of Indonesia.
There have been no reports of casualties yet from Mount Anak Krakatoa's eruption.
