China completes scientific expedition in Indian Ocean

On December 1, China completed an 83-day expedition in the eastern Indian Ocean with the return of its first scientific research vessel, the Shiyan-6, which is dedicated to geophysical exploration. The vessel returned to Guangzhou, a coastal city in southern China.
